Is it safe to give you my credit card information?    [Back to Top]
You don't need to! We process all credit cards through PayPal and they do not share this information with us. PayPal's page is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protection, the Internet standard for secure commerce transactions.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay with my credit card?    [Back to Top]
NO! This is a common misconception. We use PayPal to process credit cards, but you do not need an account with them to pay with your credit card. However, the credit card option can be difficult to find on PayPal's payment page. Before ordering with your credit card, we suggest you see this illustration or view our animated demonstration.
Will my personal information be sold or shared with others?    [Back to Top]
ABSOLUTELY NOT! We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior consent. Super Outlet Mall does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Will I receive spam if I give you my email address?    [Back to Top]
No! Your email address is required to process your order only. When you register, you can select to receive news, but you can reply with "unsubscribe" in the subject line and be removed at any time. If you do not select to receive this information, you will only receive emails from us pertaining to your order.
Can I have my order shipped internationally?    [Back to Top]
We ship to the continental United States only. Deliveries to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii are limited to Quick Order products. You can find these items by typing QUICKSHIP in the search box.
How much does shipping cost?    [Back to Top]
We charge flat shipping rates based on the weight of your order. You can also see the amount during checkout by clicking the shipping estimate link.
How long will it take before I receive my order?    [Back to Top]
Processing time differs per product. To figure delivery time, add together:
- Order processing time – see the details for each product.
- Shipping time – depends on your selection (Standard, Expedited, or Express) during checkout. Some products are limited to ground shipping and cannot be shipped more quickly by choosing a faster method (ie., Expedited or Express). Again, see the product details, where limitations, if any, are included.
I paid for Quick Order service. So why was my order shipped Parcel Post?    [Back to Top]
Quick Order service is offered to speed up the order process. Instead of preparing your order within 3-10 days, we process it within 24-36 hours. Total delivery time is also affected by the shipping method you select. For fastest service, select Quick Order processing AND Expedited or Express shipping.
Do you guarantee your products?    [Back to Top]
YES! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Approval must be obtained prior to returning a product. We will refund the entire purchase price minus shipping and a 15-20% restocking fee, if you return the product in its original condition. If a product is found to be defective or the wrong item is shipped, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Do you sell refurbished or used products?    [Back to Top]
No, our products are from new store stock, even the older collectibles. If a product is refurbished or used, it is fully disclosed in the product details. The only exception is for Boyds Bears, which were purchased new at retail, then stored.
On my receipt, I noticed the letter R after the product name. Does this mean the item is refurbished?    [Back to Top]
No! During checkout and on receipts, Trademark (™) and registered (®) symbols in a product name convert to the letters T and R. There is no hidden meaning. If a product is refurbished or used, it is fully disclosed in the product details -- NOT hidden in the product name.
